Born in France and raised in Australia, Mr. Schachter studied law and received his degree from Monash University School of Law in Melbourne. His specialties in Melbourne were business law and real estate. Upon moving to the United States and opening a practice in Jackson Heights, he expanded his areas of expertise to better meet the needs of the community.
